What is your financial policy?
Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept a number of insurance carriers. Please contact our office at (865) 966-7755 for an updated list.
How do I get a refill on my prescription?
Whenever possible, prescription renewals should be called in two days before your supply is exhausted. Please have the telephone number of your pharmacy available.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, referral if required by your insurer, and workers compensation authorization, if needed.
